thread titles for moronic threads need to be less matter-of-fact and much more clear. Put a damn ? at the end of it. Even that split-second of nervous excitement was too much.

Yeah, I'd do it. But Bouwmeester was *just* signed by the Flames. A certain anonymous hockey blogger wouldn't even make a rumour out of this.

Then again I could've just made the connection that this trade makes no sense cap-wise or value-wise (not to mention that he was just signed) and not gone slightly challenged for that split-second

I would make that trade if I was Ottawa but there is no way Calgary would. I'm not even sure they'd do it if you added Karlsson.
