Yeah, I'm predisposed to the fact that I'll have to outscore opponents. My D isn't getting better any time soon I don't think.

Well kuba and Phillips are available, but aren't overly cheap.

Kuba MAY be committed to a trade for a stud center.

As much as I would love to add Phillips, he's a defensive D-man - and I have enough of those. Kuba would be nice, but I've worked so long to produce a solid forward core, that I'm actually 100% not sure what I'd give up to get him.

The Washington Capitals have made a major trade this afternoon. After much deliberation, we felt as if the addition of Chris Pronger would put us over the top in the East. At least, to the point where we'll be able to compete with everyone else and have a fair shake at a championship.
