Re: rumours of the week
Lecavalier à New York?
Lundi, 18 Janvier 2010
redden, gilroy and dubinsky or callahan for lecavalier....
sure try to get rid of your garbage on other teams sathers... gilroy, callahan and their 1st for lecavalier might get it done but i doubt tampa is dum enough to take on redden.

Garrioch is the source for most of these to be honest. These were in Boo Boo's Sunday column. Still, these are worth some shiats and giggles. At the very least they get people to talk (which is good BTW). :blah:

no but really, Brunnstrom plus a hot prospect? i can't see dallas moving any of their good players. but i could see MTL wanting someone like neil or eriksson

I can't remember who was talking about it, the Hot Stove I think and they said that there was no chance that Neal or Eriksson or Benn would be involved for Halak. They probably want to give up as little as possible without Gainey hanging up. Some form of a 2nd round pick this year and Brunnstrom, yeah. That actually sounds about right.

My little and I emphasize little girl is barely scraping her way into the 10th percentile for weight but she's a cool 50th for height. She just turned 17 months today, so about a month behind your little one.

Every year we are surprised at how little teams get in return for goalies. I'd be shocked if Montreal gets more than a 2nd round pick OR a prospect for Halak.

The Inside Man is up to his old tricks:
- A source in Nashville has claimed that Dan Hamhuis will be dealt to
an Eastern Conference team before the trade deadline. Rumors that the
destination is Ottawa have begun to instensify.
As for Booboo, I recall him being right weeks in advance of getting Sillinger, deVries and Bondra.

according to the columbus dispatch the BJ's are on the verge of a fire sell.
wether that can turn filalov wears another jersey next season migh be what's on everyone's mind, here are some players that are apparently availble.
Raffi Torres, Milan Jurcina and Frederik Modin.
nothing in there that i would judje worth our time since their UFA status.(well torres i'd consider maybe for something very, very small.) but som of these guys might find new homes.

I still remember the Spezza for Ethan Moreau plus a second rumor.
Oh, by the way, I have posted a new Burt the dog video, and I've updated my rumor chart (e4). For only $20 you could help keep this site up and have access to my new and improved rumor chart; a compilation of my lies via fake sources. Included for free is a server crash on Trade Deadline day (e5).

Backes à Vancouver?
Samedi, 23 Janvier 2010

Re: rumours of the week
Backes is next in line for the Captaincy, I would pretty much guarantee. No reason for the Blues to trade him. If anything they'd want to improve the team by addition, not subtraction. Sure, he would get you some pieces you might need elsewhere, but surely you can do that without moving him.

Souray is officially on the market, he submitted his list of teams to Oilers GM.
It's no secret he wants to stay in the West close to his family so I wonder where (if) he'll go.
