Hey all,

I'm not trying to start anything with any current or 'closet' leaf fans; however the morning duo at one of Fredericton's rock stations, 105.3FM The Fox, Freddy Mac and Marc were telling a few hilarious leaf jokes that I felt I had to pass on, since I almost drove off the road... LOL

Q) what's the difference between the leafs and a cigarette vending machine?
A) with the vending machine, you actually get Players.

What did the Titanic and the Leafs have in common?
They both look good until they hit the ice...

O.k. once you're done slapping your collective knees, I'll sign off for now... LOL

Why don't the Leafs drink tea?
Because the Canadiens have all the cups.

What does Toronto have that Montreal doesn't?
Black and white photos of their past Stanley Cup.

Q: What do you call a Toronto Maple Leafs player with half a brain?
A: Gifted!

Q: How do Toronto Maple Leafs hockey players braincells die?
A: Alone.

Q: Why is it good to have a Toronto Maple Leafs player as a passenger?
A: You can park in the handicap zone.

Q: How do you make a Toronto Maple Leafs player eyes light up?
A: Shine a flashlight in his ear.

Q: How can you tell if a Toronto Maple Leafs hockey player has been using the computer?
A: There's white-out on the screen.

Q:Why do Toronto Maple Leafs hockey players drive BMWs?
A: Because they can spell it.

Q: Why do Toronto Maple Leafs players have TGIF on their skates?
A: Toes Go In First.

Q: If a Toronto Maple Leafs player and a Ottawa Senators player are tossed off a building, who hits the
ground first?
A: The Ottawa Senators player. The Toronto Maple Leafs player has to stop to ask for directions.

Q: What happens when a Toronto Maple Leafs player gets Alzheimers disease?
A: His IQ goes up!

How many Leafs fans does it take to embarass a whole forum of Sens fans in a hockey pool?

One.

Canada was stunned Monday when it was announced that The Stanley Cup
will be awarded to the Toronto Maple Leafs, possibly as early as
December 6th.

The cup will be stripped from from 2008 playoff champions the Detroit
Red Wings and be awarded to the Leafs, who didn't even make the
playoffs.
How is this possible, Canadians ask?

Well, the Leafs have formed a coalition with eastern conference
semifinalists the Montreal Canadians, and conference quarter finalists
the Ottawa Senators, now outnumbering the Red Wings.

According to current Leaf coach Ron Wilson "the Red Wings have lost the
confidence of the league and should hand the cup over immediately to
our coalition".

NHL commissioner Gary Bettman is cutting short a European trip to try
to resolve the unprecedented hockey crisis that could force a second
playoff series, or see an opposing team coalition take the cup.

It's a long season. The rosters are 20-deep, so a 50 points lead is not as much as you think.

Q. What do the Toronto Maple Leafs & Billy Graham have in common?
A. They both can make 80,000 people stand up & yell "Jesus Christ"!

Q. What do the Leafs and opossums have in common?

All of these things are true of course.

That doesn't mean I shouldn't get a little back for the Leafs fans while I have the chance, especially in a thread like this! Smile

These guys win a party with the Stanly Cup for the night, so they take the cup and fill it with sandwiches......just a mound of sandwiches. So they're looking at the cup and one guy says to the other guy
"Gee I sure hope I don't get listeria from these sandwiches"
and the other guys says
"Oh don't worry about that, there hasn't been a maple leaf near this cup since 1967"

HAHAHAHa LOLOL
Leafs suck

Yesterday were first classes for the 2012 Fall term at Carleton, and my 17th Century Philosophy class began.

The Prof. started with a history of key dates in the 1600s and came to 1632 and asked what relevant event happened that year?

After a few guesses, someone in the front says: "Isn't that the last time the Leafs won the cup?" Laughing3

Would have been even better if the prof replied, "No, I was thinking of the Black Plague, but I guess your answer is close enough."

Yeah, I know, wrong century. Just trying to extend the joke.
