There are rumours that Alex Radulov could be heading back to the Predators this season and would be eligible to play in regular and post-season and would not have to clear waivers.

That would be a huge offensive boost to the Preds, hopefully wouldn't hurt chemistry too much. Nashville's got some good leaders in there that should be able to keep Radulov in check.

The Radulov thing needs NHLPA approval. That would be nice for the Preds if he can contribute.

Columbus Blue Jackets will allow fans who purchased a Blue Jackets' Jeff Carter #7 Jersey to bring their jerseys to tonight's game and either get Jack Johnson heat pressed over the current name plate, or send it off to get sewn on... for FREE!

Awesome PR move by the Jackets. Wish all teams did that, like Sens with fans with Heatley and Rundblad jerseys.

Not sure why... Bobby Mac was saying it would need it.

As always, complications with Radulov. Wink

I hope for the Preds, and even as a fan of the NHL, that he does come back. I want to see the best players in the NHL, regardless who they play for.

He is under contract with Nashville, so it shouldn't be that big of an issue.

It's just funny that a lot of the fans outraged that he might be able to join Nashville for playoffs are fans of other teams that have to play Predators. If there team had a contracted player available to come over, would be a different story.

Remember when Ducks had Selanne and Niedermayer sit out most of season to come back for playoffs? Same difference except that Radulov is playing in Russia on loan.

The Oilers can pass the Habs in the standings with a regulation win tonight vs the Habs.

Caps beat the Lightning in OT 3-2. Another dagger in the Leafs' playoff hopes... #delicious.

Ha. Do those still exist? This is March, not November.

Mike Green had a pretty ugly head-shot on Connolly last night in the WSH/TB game. Apparently Green is a repeat offender, so their could be a suspension coming. That will hopefully contribute to a couple Caps losses, getting the Jets back in the picture.

Via Kypreos: #Caps Mike Green will have his discipline hearing with the #NHL today @ 1pm. In question is his head hit on #Lightning Connolly.

Can the Oilers catch the Blue Jackets though? Three #1 picks in a row? Watch them finish 2nd last and then win the lottery.

Finishing bottom 3 is still good for Edmonton... the top 2 guys are very likely Yakupov and Grigorenko. Edmonton is better off to draft a defenceman, and there are lots of them. If they drafted top 2 they would have to draft one of those guys though.
