You can count on it.

Hey, wprager, any thoughts on adjusting the rule about people who don't send their picks? I just think it's silly to have a co-winner who is only responsible for picks in 50% of the playoff rounds. No offense, Clutch.

He had a good reason.

Plus the rule has always been that you can change your picks up to puck drop, so just imagine everyone sends in Home-7 for all their picks before sending in any changes.

I'm sure everyone had good reasons. I just think that it's silly.

Sure it is odd to just autopick if someone fails to submit their own picks - but on the other hand there's nothing at stake, and sure someone can win by signing up and never submitting their own picks, but the real "skill" is actually strategically or arbitrarily picking your own picks and "winning"

Is there an official "sign up" or do we sign up by sending in our picks?

I sent out a mass-PM to all the members. Did you not get it? I'll add you in.

There is a group called "Brackets" that you can use to PM the pool. I'll add people to the group as (if?) more join in. Only have 10 so far.

I still don't have an "independent observer" to collect picks. I already had a few picks in my Inbox so I figured I'd better put mine in lest I accidentally see someone else's (I won't mention names, but someone sent in their picks in their reply to the pool invitation message, with no indication in the subject that there were picks inside -- I thought it was just one of those "Count me in" messages and almost deleted it right away).

That said, if I hear of any injuries between now and Wednesday night, I reserve the right to update my picks accordingly. Same goes for everyone else, of course.

OK, so Dash/RipRock has posted the brackets, which saves me a bit of typing. Go ahead and PM your picks to me, any time before puck drop on Wednesday.
