    Bobby Mac:

"NHLPA concluded ratification vote at 8 am ET. Awaiting results. Lockout not over (no sked, trades, signings) until MOU is completed/signed."

    Via NHLPA:

"Per agreement with the NHL, we will announce results of player vote later today. Discussions to finalize the MOU continue this morning."

    https://twitter.com/NHLPA/status/290108615858221056

    Via Eric Macramalla:

"Answer to question: memorandum of understanding will later be converted into CBA - so no new CBA just yet - that could take month"

    https://twitter.com/EricOnSportsLaw/status/290110057788633088

Much like the last lockout. MOU came first, CBA was completed later based on the MOU.

Yeah, two days to conduct an electronic, on-line vote, and then 4 hours to press a button to get the results. Where are the guys from Price-Waterhouse with the envelope? They're not due at the Oscars for a while yet.

Looks like 11% of players didn't even vote... wow... what a joke....

LeBrun: Player ratification vote: 667 yes, 12 no - 98.2 percent. 679 of 763 players voted (89 percent)

    Still working on the MOU...

Dave Hodge: NHL business can commence 2 hrs. after Memo of Understanding is signed. So we should look for the first trade around 7 a.m. tomorrow?

Kovalchuk and Visnovski could be two others. Redden? There are some who would benefit.
