I'll bet all of a sudden you don't mind paying $160/month for two smartphone plans.

So this guy had Hammond-like numbers at BU this past season (25-4-4). Mind you, having Jack Eichel shooting for you instead of against you probably helped, too. But 2.18 and .927 are good numbers. Let's see what he's like once he trains up with Wamsley a bit.

Actually, I'm at work and forgot my phone. Nice prospect for us, probably immediately a top 10 prospect. Great numbers in college - forgetting about the tremendous gaffe in the final game ( i think it was).

Bye bye Lehner? Or is he even coming back ?

So, Lehner or Anderson to the Oilers makes even more sense now? Or how about the Blues for one of their LHS centers?

Lehner is a huge risk for us to trade and a huge risk for someone to take on with his concussion issues. We'll see how he is in a month or so.

Berglund for Lehner is decent enough though, but we have a stockpile of players.

Maybe Sobotka? I've always really badly wanted that guy.

O'Connor is going to Bingo. We all know that. Hammond is *not* going to Bingo. We all know that, too. My gut's telling me Hammond will go to another team. Sens won't offer him as much (or as long) as another, desperate team will, and I honestly cannot fault him for wanting to cash in. He may never have another season with 20 starts, let along 20 wins.

That would clear up the goalie situation while, at the same time, keeping the waters real muddy. Personally, I think neither one of Anderson or Lehner can be a backup. I'd prefer to deal Anderson (sell high -- he *will* have a back-slide year, that's his pattern) and run with Lehner, and that will make room for Hammond as a backup. But he's got to sign here first.

I see no issue with Hammond agreeing to that, if they let him know in no uncertain terms that they'll move one of the two goalies. I'd personally move Lehner, although his value is in the crapper and roll with Anderson/Hammond with Hogberg and O'Connor coming up the ranks. Dreiger too actually.

Nice to hear about O'Connor.  Decent goaltending prospects are hard enough to come by...to get one essentially for nothing is pretty sweet.  Hopefully Hammond is our backup in Ottawa, O'Connor is the starter in Bingo, and everything is good.  Remains to be seen who our starter will actually be. Wouldn't be surprised now if Lehner was the odd man out.

So this 23-year-old "kid" O'Connor is 6'6". They better not trade him for another Conacher.

spez... lehner had one concussion? cmon.

you deal andersson. the guy has maybe 3 years tops in this form and probably less. cant play through injury. we're still a young team and we should role as one. we should be sticking to lehner.
theres a damngood reason Anderson doesnt have a NTC. you deal him, hes hot, worth a fair amount to a team in need. and no you dont want berglund(what is the obsession with this guy) and im not sold on sobotka not being a flight risk(again).

you package for a better player. as clear as that.
