I think this one will be a little different. They may even finish 6th or 7th.

It's so nice to finally get some scoreboard help at the best possible time.

Carolina at home might want to put on a show for their fans. And also a bit of pay back for the last game. So Detroit isn't safe yet.
And Tampa still has a chance at the top spot in the Atlantic. Habs would have to lose to the Leafs, but then I don't think it will be a full lineup. Pacioretty still out, Price got his win #43 (franchise record) so they'll probably play Tokarski. But hopefully none of that matters because the Sens do their job in the early afternoon.

Diddle let's destroy the Flyers because Montreal is so bad right now we could sweep them. I can just feel it

Edit: apparently just a point on Saturday gets us in.
Or a reg loss by Boston. Or a pair of reg losses by Pittsburgh in their back-to-back.
Getting a point gets the Sens in on the back of their own work, but they don't necessarily need one.
Still, f the Flyers.

Let's get two points and hope Carolina can get us to third. Habs in round one with Pacioretty co cussed, I can live with that.

Their false bravado and harsh criticism of our players really emphasises that too. Montreal radio was great as usual with their lame "Subban is better than Karlsson" BS and Hammond is going to fold sooner or later nonsense.

it would be like if we we were in 1st place and the Leafs squeaked in to finish 8th. We'd be scurred. Montreal is a fraud

I'd be scared of a matchup with Montreal. They have noted stud DSP.
