If Stone can't go, the Sens will go with 11 F and 7 D. I sure hope Stone can play. Him and Turris are the two most important forwards in my opinion.

Ripped shamelessly from the @Senators account:

My brother in law has an office party so he's giving me his tickets. Bell Club Seats. Find out how the other half lives.

Anyone know what "one way valet parking" mean? Do I tip? How much and when?

Read somewhere that you tip $1 for every $10,000 your car is worth. LOL, I'll bring some change.

Guys, this is pretty awesome. I had angus prime rib, a load of shrimp, various cheeses and salamis, and more. Dessert starting middle of the second. I can really grow to like this.

Good news, Stone will play. Bad news, refs are Joanette and Hebert.

Is Ceci as crappy live as he is on TV?!

There's definitely something up. He is not better than Karlsson, and the Ceci/Phaneuf pairing is probably our third worst. Makes no sense, unless he's being shopped out they are trying to keep Karlsson fresh for the post season.

Ceci started the OT period. That's never happened.

He makes some bad reads, but Ceci hasn't been detrimental or anything.  Didn't he save a goal tonight getting it out of the crease?  Clearly boucher likes him.

Similar game to Chicago,  two halves, but wow, Go Sens!

That said...does he have the tools but no toolbox syndrome?  You can really teach IQ on the ice and awareness and reactions to plays and situations.   I still maintain he gets traded at some point before the expansion draft.

That's what it looks like -- raising his trade value. Except starting the OT. Does that make sense?

Plenty of teams interested in a right playing Dman. We could get quite a good player for our top 6 in return. I don't see it happening before the end of the season but fair point before the expansion draft. Maybe the sens make a trade after the draft because I don't see wideman as our 4rth Dman but maybe they move Dion to the right and we fit someone to the left? Dion gives us options I guess.

On another note. I wish I could have watched this game but winning 4 in a row going into the break feels really great! Especially after beating the sharks and the ducks after our last road trip.

Not a very exciting game, but man, the W feels good.  Hoffman did that thing Hoffman can do where he rips that slapper from the faceoff circle.  All the garbage goals we've been scoring lately, we had two nice ones last night.

Ceci and Phaneuf were a bit of a dumpster fire again, but hey, 2 Christmas points.  Sweet.

It's true, it wasn't very exciting, but yeah the results were great

There was a play I didn't understand, so I was hoping the TV analysts would explain it, but they never mentioned it. With 3:05 to go on the first Karlsson sends a stretch pass up the middle. Send player tips it at the other blue line, it goes up in the air toward the goal and the goalie shags it. Face-off goes back in the Sens end. Why?

It wasn't because the goalie caught it while standing in his crease. I suspect it was offside. But don't tell me a tip just inside the blue line from a forward trying to reach a breakaway pass is intentional offside. And the puck was low so it wasn't a high stick tip, either.

I think it was the wrong call.

On another play there was a shot from the left circle and Condon came out to cut the angle, blocked the shot and covered the rebound. Yet the face-off went to the right face-off circle. Getzlaf took it on his strong side and won it. If the shot comes from the left and is frozen at the top left of the crease, why does the face-off go to the right?

Blown call.  I remember it and they messed that up
