I think they'll try to play Harpur some easy minutes to get some GM to bite on his 6'6" frame.

Thing is, Harpur is better than what he's been of late. He skates well for a guy his size, but he's lacking confidence something awful. He should start hitting more, simplify his game by using his size.

Brown with 2 more goals as the B-Sens finish a perfect pre-season with a comeback 4-2 win against Team Rocket.

Seriously, how is Meowth not their mascot?

In an unforseen turn of event, Luchuk assigned to ECHL.

They have a lot of very good players in Belleville.

Yes...it should finally be a good year for the B-Sens. I am more likely to plan an overnight trip to Belleville to watch a game than I am to buy Sens tickets.

I am not surprised by the Luchuk move. He was an overager in the OHL and didn't have a good dev camp or pre-season.

They do have a lot of good players down there. What's even more encouraging is the number of prospects they have in the NCAA as well. Tychonic, JBD, Norris to name a few.

He was injured at the end of main camp. Doesn't that mean he should be collecting his NHL salary until he's ready to play?

Belleville thumped the Moose 6-2. Balcers with 2 (had 3 goals in 3 games), Batherson and Chlapik with 4 points each. Gustafsson stopping 33 in the win.

That line has been dynamite apparently. Three legit prospects too. I like the thought of Balcers.

Too bad about Brown. He's not going to miss too many games (2 weeks) but he's had injuries each year since bring drafted.

Too bad for Brown on this timing...he could've been called to the big club with all the injuries.
