From most sites the top-five appear to be (in no firm order): Dhalin, Svechnikov, Zadina, Tkachuk, Boqvist with Hughes, Bouchard, Wahlstrom, Farabee, and Smith rounding out the top-10.

I am also speculating that the Rangers will be heavy on acquiring Karlsson having allegedly agreeing to sign Kovalchuk.

Iíve head the rags linked to karlsson rumours but they just donít make sense for a club that rebuilding also.

If he was a FA then yeah but canít see them trading for him.

Logan Brown looked good last night. He protects the puck so well with his wide lower body. I think he only lost one faceoff. I was impressed with his ability to find the soft spot.†
Tampa Bays Taylor Raddysh had an uninspiring night and was the last man back on many occasions. Heís better than that though. He seemed to be wincing every time he got to the bench and left briefly in the 1st period.

good to hear. it's too bad he might not be ready for a top-six sens role. he could probably start in the nhl as a 3c but Pageau fits in nicely there.

Iím not advocating Brown, but it will probably be someone considered a rookie as we sit here today.

Huh? Both Svechnikov and Zadina are wingers. Or did you mean White?

Pageau is likely our number 2C to start the season next year. Theyíll give him this chance to show he can hold the second line. IMO pageau is a great 3C but this is where weíre at.
This could leave the 3C open for Brown. If he makes the team out of camp.

I hope not, but if he is, I think he will have a very short leash. I think the town halls were all lip service, but I hope the mandate from Dorion about playing youth is taken seriously by Boucher. In three days, I think we can start giving more focused potential line combinations because we should be able to nail down if we are getting Dahlin, a forward at 2/3 or a Dman at 4/5. I expect to be picking 5th.

I might be in Montreal visiting my mom (but more likely on the drive back home by that time). I wonder if TSN 690 will carry it live. They have a shot as well.

Although the award doesnít have a very distinguished list when it comes to producing NHL players, Luchuk was voted overager of the year in the OHL today. Once he got traded to Barrie, I was able to start watching him and I swear he took 75% of Barrieís faceoffs. Hard worker. I really want to see what he can do at Sens camp next year and in Belleville.
