1. Niklas Jensen, Oshawa Generals, OHL
2. Mark McNeil, Prince Albert Raiders, WHL
3. Mika Zibanejad, Djugardens, SEL
4. Matt Puempel, Peterborough Petes, OHL
5. Rocco Grimaldi, USNDT, USHL

Anyyone of these guys would look fantastic in a Sens uniform, although most are risers and could play themselves right out of Ottawa's range.

I'll hang onto this list for when the SIM draft happens. Wink

I'm pretty sure I have about 1/3 of the picks regardless, so I should be fine Sarcasm

We better not still be a bottom-feeder by then, lol.

Sens 2nd round pick should be around 34 - 36. What about Shane Prince of the 67's?

I'm hoping for number 1 and 4 on that list. I'm hoping the Sens will be able to bundle Kuba, or Kovalev with our 3rd for a contender's 1st. Then it gets a little interesting. Niklas Jensen would be pretty ideal, as he's a player that can do it on his own. But I really like Matt Puempel too, I think he could be killer on Spezza's wing. He's the kind of player Spezza needs, a young sniper, who doesn't need the puck on his stick.

Although Tomas Jurco would be pretty sick to have as well. Like our old Marty Havlat:
